Skills acquired in Cycle 1

You will be able to teach three different types of classes:

1- Classes alternating posture and pause over one hour, aimed at health through the stabilisation of the body’s metabolism.

2- Classes linking postures fluidly, aimed at a better awareness of and attention to oneself.

3- Yoga nidra classes, the proprioceptive method par excellence, which helps reprogram habits, sleep better and build self-confidence.

CYCLE 1 CONTENT (200 H)

The practice and theory of Hatha Yoga techniques: posture, breath and self-awareness (asana, pranayama and pratyahara).

Anatomy and physiology: the osteoarticular and muscular systems.

                              TEACHING METHOD

Since 1924

In the lineage of
Swami Kuvalayananda.
