You will be able to teach classes at a professional level recognised by
1-Classes alternating postures and rest periods for one hour, aimed at promoting health by stabilizing the body’s metabolism.
2- Classes flowing smoothly from one posture to another, designed to develop greater self-awareness and connection with your body.
3- Yoga Nidra classes, a proprioceptive method that helps reprogram habits, improve sleep and boost self-confidence.

CONTENT CYCLE 1 OF 200H
The practice and theory of Hatha Yoga techniques: posture, breath and self-awareness (asana, pranayama and pratyahara)
Energy management: the energy centers (chakras and nadis).
Anatomy and physiology: the musculoskeletal system.

TEACHING METHOD
Postures will be adapted to the practitioners ‘abilities.
Special attention will be given to changes in internal body volume.
Experiencing the effects of practicing postures, breathwork, and relaxation is central to the method.
Recognizing difficulties encountered during practice in order to find solutions, as these can be both physical and emotional.
Essential information
Duration of training: Two cycles of 200 hours each.
Price per cycle: CHF 4,800 (payment in instalments possible on request)
Course structure: 11 weekends: 132 hours; 20 Wednesdays online: 40 hours & assignments to be submitted: 28 hours
Procedure for registration
- Submission of a complete application, which must include a CV, a cover letter, a copy of your identity card and a passport-size photograph.
- An interview is mandatory for the evaluation of your application.
- Only complete applications will be considered.
- To apply for enrolment, you must complete the Enrolment Application form.

Wednesdays: 7pm–8pm theory & 8pm–9pm practical lessons

FAQ
Where will Cycle 1 training be provided in 2026?
It is taught in Geneva. We offer the flexibility of taking certain courses online via the Zoom platform to accommodate the needs of our students who are unable to attend in person due to illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Can I pay for the training in instalments?
Yes, we offer various instalment payment options to accommodate your budget.
Please note that the first payment, regardless of the option chosen, is always due before the start of classes.
Do you need to have a lot of experience to enrol in the Yoga Teacher Training course?
You do not need to have extensive experience in yoga to enrol in our training course. We welcome participants of all levels and are committed to providing you with comprehensive training throughout the course. Our programme is designed to support your development, whether you are a beginner or already have some experience in yoga.
What happens if I become pregnant during the training?
If you become pregnant during the course, there is no need to worry about missing classes. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, you can pause your course. You can then resume classes a few months after giving birth, depending on your health and availability.
