In addition to these learning days, participants will focus on two main educational objectives. Firstly, they will learn how to teach yoga to children aged 3 to 11 in a fun way. Secondly, they will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge on how to use yoga to improve concentration and interpersonal skills in a school setting.

All classes are held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What topics are covered during yoga training for children?

What happens if I become pregnant during the training?
If you become pregnant during the course, there is no need to worry about missing classes. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, you can pause your course. You can then resume classes a few months after giving birth, depending on your health and availability.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of the Children's Yoga training course?
At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion from the Centre for Yoga Training and Research.
Can I enrol in the Children's Yoga training course if I am not a yoga teacher?
Yes, you can register because our training is aimed at professionals in education, health, and parents so that they can use yoga tools to improve their relationship with children/adolescents and promote relationships within the school environment.
Could I then teach yoga classes to children?
Thanks to yoga training for children, you will be able to offer fun workshops by developing spaces for play, conversation and creativity through postures and sensory techniques. You will be able to incorporate other disciplines – music, dance, storytelling and drawing – to enrich your classes.
Can yoga help children with attention problems?
Through motor or sensory techniques that promote calmness, attention is considered a prerequisite for a state of relaxation.
