FAQ
Where are the training courses held?
Our courses are mainly held at our premises in Lausanne and Geneva. However, we also offer the flexibility of taking certain courses online via the Zoom platform to accommodate the needs of our students who are unable to attend in person.
Can I pay for the training in instalments?
Yes, we offer various instalment payment options to suit your budget. Please note that the first payment, regardless of the instalment plan chosen, is always due before the start of classes. In addition, a surcharge of CHF 20 will be added for all instalment payment options, with the exception of annual payments.
Can I enrol in the training course if I am not a yoga teacher?
Yes, you can register because our training is aimed at education and health professionals and parents so that they can use yoga tools to improve their relationship with children/adolescents and promote relationships within the school environment.
Could I then teach yoga classes to teenagers?
You will be able to run fun workshops by developing spaces for play, discussion and creativity through sensory postures and techniques. You will be able to incorporate other disciplines – music, dance, storytelling and drawing – to enrich your lessons.
If I work with teenagers who have attention problems, how can yoga help them?
Through motor or sensory techniques that promote calmness, attention is considered a prerequisite for relaxation. Yoga nidrā techniques, also known as body scanning, are incorporated into the continuing education programme. They are one of the main pillars of yoga when it comes to improving self-image, attention and memory.
What happens if I become pregnant during the training?
If you become pregnant during the course, there is no need to worry about missing classes. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, you can pause your course. You can then resume classes a few months after giving birth, depending on your health and availability.
